Here are some pictures of the wedding of Anastrianna and Tindaan for those who were unable to attend. The wedding was held in Surefell Glade at the entrance of the bear caves. Way up at the front you may notice Apprentice Guide Svantos who performed the ceremonies. Apparently the Guides have worked out a deal with the druids as he was left unbothered by the denezins of the bear caves. Some of the guests lost wee bits of faction due to silly spawn who decided to try and crash the party.

Here is a picture of a new honourary Lion of the Heart. And I am sure she will win all our hearts. Baierl was one of our earlies Lions and she will always be a Lion. Here is a picture of her newborn daughter. On behalf of all the Lions I wish Baierl and her husband the greatest happiness with their new bundle of joy.

Welcome to the many new members we have amongst us!
The language fair was a success - now it's time to move on to more fun things. In the near future, we'll be hosting a guild bazaar (or two or three!) where you can bring items clogging up your bank and sell them/trade them with other guild members. Watch the forums for more details on these events.
I will also start doing Member pages for those of you who like to have bio pages - complete with screenshots, stories, you name it. The forum contains more information on this. In keeping with the fact that we are first and foremost a character-driven guild, I think developing these pages for interested members helps create depth and background.
Again, a big THANK YOU to Imish for all his work on the screenshots. If you haven't visited the link, DO SO! Imish has taken on a big project here, and has done great work on it.

We've decided to make life easier for us and you! Guild roster is now being housed at the www.guildmagic.com website - you can now add and change character information yourself, without having to rely on a Loremistress who has a full time job and plays too darned much!!

February 17, 2001 - Awesome impromptu guild event in Mistmoore this afternoon! Thanks to Kaylla for trying her best to show us the "planes way" of grouping and organizing. Hopefully we all learned something from her. Congratulations to Klutch for his high roll on the Crested Mistmoore Shield! Yes, Klutch, you now have your very own Phat Lewt ;)
A few updates to the roster today - I tried to assign primaries to the alts, the best I remember them. I'm sure I've missed some, and I know there are members missing from the roster. I'm working on it!

February 12, 2001 - Ok, a new roster. I like the graphics, but hate the layout ;p But it's better than what we had, I think. Feedback always appreciated. There are a lot of players missing from it, so if you'd drop me a note, I'll try and compile the changes and update the roster again later this week.
Mondays! Can't live with them, can't get through the week without them. (sigh)
February 11, 2001 - Some wonderful additions to the guild this past weekend - Irazene's Faywik, Clyverz the monk, and a host of alts! Needless to say, the roster is out of control ;)
Language fair was a wonderful success thanks to Murielheart, Litrione, Faywik and Coogar. Each of you will be hearing from me in the near future - I have a "thank you" gift from the Den Mother.
Since the fair went so smashingly, and Faywik has offered his services, I'm looking to have another one in a few weeks. More details to come. We'll probably pick a different location for the sake of travellers.
Last but not least, time to start planning a new guild event (an official, kill stuff one!). Stay tuned for more from our fearless leader.
On the webpage this week will be an "officers" page - just so you know who is who, and why they are what they are!

January 27, 2001 - Bad Meridian! A whole week without an update!

January 21, 2001 - Screenshots are up! I'm not completely happy with the format of the page, but I'll keep tweaking it for better loading and layout. I just wanted to give everyone a chance to see the shots we had.
The Unrest raid was a success. While no Phat Lewt dropped, I think it's safe to say that we had a lot of fun. I'm not aware of a single death in the approximately six hours that we were there. Oh, and we gained two great new members: Murielheart and Bravik! Make sure to welcome them warmly the next time you see them online.

January 16, 2001 - Blech, Tuesday... A few updates to the roster today, and Corwyhn has added his history of the guild (with a dramatic flair!).
Feel free to email me updates to the roster - level changes, etc. It's hard to keep up with all of you! I probably won't be doing an update on Wednesday, but will plink in the new levels and members on Thursday.
Go to the forum as well and read it! Important news is also posted there, along with requests for groups and help. Egon is looking for Najena help this Friday, so please read his request and help him out of you possibly can.

January 15, 2001 - Ahhh, Monday! I suspect, once we get more of a routine going, this page won't be updated every day - so don't get too spoiled to it ;)
For those of you who have asked, I will be taking member .jpg's and biographies for the start of our BIO pages. You can email them to me at meridian@lionsoftheheart.com. This may take me a bit of work, so don't be alarmed if they don't show up on the page right away. I will at least drop you an email and acknowledge that I've received them. Use of RL pics and RL info is completely optional, and I reserve the right to edit RL info to protect you from any privacy concerns.
GUILD EVENT NEWS!!! On Saturday January 20, 2001 we will host our very first guild event in the Estate of Unrest. The event is scheduled for 3PM EST (if you need time conversions, check with Caellon or Targuran). Needless to say, getting to Unrest is the trick - if you need a teleport, please try to get one on Friday night or early Saturday. Closest druid ring is in Butcherblock. Closest wizard spire is in Greater Faydark. Your guildmates will be more than happy to assist you with transportation - just don't ask five minutes before the event! Plan in advance, please ;)

We have been blessed with a LOT of new members this week! Please take the time to meet them, and to offer assistance and groupage with them as much as possible. The guild is only as strong as the sum of its members - and we want to keep all of you active and happy!
